so 1 of the things he mentioned yesterday is this will be a horizontal progression system
in daoc, wow, war, etc when you level you get more hitpoints etc, in CU you will just get more skills, so a noob will still have a chance to kill a dweller in mom's basement since its not 100 hitpoints vs 20,000 hitpoints
nice for those of us with less time on our hands these days, being able to contribute to the fun w/o having to worry about being "level 50"
