I agree, this is an interesting concept. One that I'm surprised hasn't been implemented into more games.
Are there any games that follow this path currently?
Does anybody care about CU besides Surge and I? lol

I am interested in seeing where CU goes in the coming months.
I know that Secret World has a browser built into the game that can be brought up on demand to search for hints on the web for some of the quests.
